コロナウィルスによる感染拡大のリスクが大きくなる中、森のオフィスを日々お使いいただいてる方々に安心してご利用いただくために、以下の営業形態への一時的な変更を行いたいと思います。 ご利用について： 3月31日（火）より、当面の間、森のオフィスの新規会員登録、1Day会員での利用を中止致します。 コワーキングスペースのご利用は、既存のmonthly会員以上とさせていただきます。 また、森のオフィスLiving（宿泊施設）の宿泊利用も、当面の間、中止とさせていただきます。 ＜当面中止のサービス＞※開始期間：3月31日〜 ・新規会員登録および新規会員による利用（ONE DAY会員、Monthly会員） ・既存Monthly会員以外によるコワーキングスペース・レンタルスペース利用（既存のONE DAY会員様の利用も中止とさせて頂きます） ・森のオフィスLiving 宿泊利用 ・大型イベントでのレンタル利用 ＜コワーキングスペース営業時間の短縮＆利用変更＞※開始期間：3月31日〜 ・営業時間を以下の形で変更致します。 平日： 10時〜19時 土曜： 10時〜16時 ・コワーキングスペースの椅子を間引きし、利用者同士が２m以上の距離を保てるように致します。 ・会議室は、必ず換気をしていただき、マスク着用でのご利用をお願い致します。 ※万が一、関東地域での緊急事態宣言もしくはロックダウンなどが発生した場合、森のオフィスも休館となる可能性がありますので、ご了承ください。 今後も森のオフィスを安心していただけると、スタッフ共々、努力していきたいと思います。
Future Changes at Morino Office Regarding COVID19 Due to the rapid spread of the Coronavirus, we would like to make the following temporary changes to ensure that those using Morino Office can still use our space with contentment. Information Regarding Use: From March 31 (Tuesday) registration of new ONEDAY members will be declined. The use of the coworking space will also be limited to current monthly members or those with long term memberships. Furthermore, the use of our accommodation facility - Morino Office Living will also be temporarily suspended. Services that will be cancelled: *To take place from March 31 - Registration of new ONEDAY members and MONTHLY members - Use of coworking space and rental facilities by non-existing MONTHLY members (current ONE DAY members will also be cancelled) - Use of Morino Office Living - Rental space for large gatherings or events will also be cancelled Changes Regarding Operating Hours * To take place from March 31 Weekdays: 10am-7pm Weekends: 10-4pm -We will also ask members to leave the chairs adjacent to them to keep a distance of 2m or more. -We will also ventilate the conference rooms and ask you to wear a mask upon entry *Please note that in the case of an emergency declaration or lockdown in the Kanto area, Morino Office may be closed We hope to create a safe environment at Morino Office and thank you for your cooperation.
